APPROVALS

Regulations are more and more numerous and binding. In order to ensure compliance with the most demanding regulations of PSA products and to guarantee their efficiency in complete safety, we have integrated a regulatory service.
Its activity is articulated around 3 key areas:

  • The registration of products with the authorities of the relevant countries (Ministry of Health, Ministry of the Environment): Human and environmental safety being major concerns, each country tends to control the products put on their market to prevent any side effects. In fact, these requirements are constantly evolving and becoming more stringent. In order to market a product in a country, local registrations are increasingly being required.
  • Regulatory compliance of products: the information provided to users is increasingly regulated; direct information, visible on the products via the European Regulation n ° 1272/2008 (known as CLP Regulation) or the information transmitted through Safety Data Sheets via the European Regulation n ° 1907/2006 (known as REACH Regulation) .
  • Regulatory watch: it consists of the research and analysis of any new regulations, whether national or international, so that as soon as they enter into force, our products are compliant.
